All wheels are subject to 1 year’s warranty on production faults with the exception of chrome wheels which are subject to 6 months warranty on production faults (only with the use of Nano chrome protector). This warranty does not apply in any way to damages during transport or corrosion resulting from the use of chemical agents, negligence or climate (intempéries). Furthermore, this warranty will be void in the event of damages resulting from amateurish mounting of the wheels or the tires onto the wheels, accidents or pressure load.
No warranty
Polished wheels, wheel rims and/or polished wheel parts such as the hubcap, central nut, rivet, etc.
Paintwork or chrome in the event wheels have been cleaned with so called wheel cleaners or other inappropriate cleaners.
Chrome wheels in the event wheels have been used during the winter period, this with regards to the damaging effect of salt.
Wheels that are sold on clearance, because wheels are not available anymore and therefore the prices are below cost price or on clearance at the supplier.
Recommendations and tips
For the best cleaning results, use an acid free car shampoo on your wheels and this on a regular basis. We strongly advise against going to the car wash as the brushes may cause some damages (however small) to the wheel, furthermore car washes use abrasive detergents which are also likely to cause damages. In the event you detect any form of damage, whatever the cause may be, you should treat your wheel(s) immediately in order to prevent the damage from worsening. When waxing or polishing your vehicle, don’t forget to apply the same care and treatment to your wheels as this will provide for some added protection against the more tenacious dirt and grime, including salt or brake fluid stains.
Usage during winter season It is highly recommended you demount your wheels at the start of the winter season, clean and store them in a dry place for, this fact cannot be reiterated often enough, salt is an enemy to be reckoned with. If you insist on riding your vehicle with your wheels fixed during the winter season, you should apply a thin coating of silicon or acid free Vaseline for added protection. This treatment should be repeated on a regular basis.
Spinners
It is strictly forbidden to enter a car wash with spinners mounted to the wheels due to the pressure of the brushes onto the bearings of the spinners.
The owner of the wheels / spinners cannot, under any circumstances, make any claims for compensation for costs incurred as a result of personal or material damages. Hereby the owner of (custom) wheels accepts all risks associated to owning and riding with spinners.
There is a 1 year warranty on the bearings of the spinners.
During the mounting process of the spinners, slight vibrations in connection with balance cannot be excluded.
